Buffet dinner yesterday to celebrate Mother’s day and my upcoming birthday :)
- green onion pancake, 3 cooked mussels, some tilapia, some chinese vegetables, a broccoli, 2 slices of zucchini, 1 fried breaded shrimp, fried green onion egg pancake, 1/4 sweet potato
- bowl of noodles in soup (some onion, spinach, watercress, 2 shrimps, some white button mushrooms)
- SUSHI! sashimi, and fried fish skins (yummmmmmmmmmm)
- 1 crab leg, 2 shrimps, saladdd, some chickpeas, some corn, seaweed salad, dab of shrimp sauce
- green tea & strawberry ice cream (little bit of mocha cake & tiramisu cake with 1 cube of goji berry jello
I forgot to take a picture of my chicken & ginseng soup and egg white pudding…oops.
and there was also a big strawberry chunk in my strawberry ice cream…but I ate it before I took the picture >_> lol
Went out for dinner to celebrate Mother’s day on Sunday~
I don’t know the dishes’ names exactly, but I’ll try my best!
1) sweet red bean soup (this was last for dessert)
2) shrimp, scallop, and celery
3) sweet and sour pork chops with onions
4) fried oysters
5) king oyster mushrooms with yummy greens (my parents don’t know how to translate it back to english…sorry!)
6) sticky rice with BBQ pork, mushrooms, egg, roasted peanuts, and cilantro

Lunch for one! :9
- half bowl of leftover white and brown rice
- half cup broccoli, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, diced
- 9 cherry tomatoes
- 1 egg
- half slice cheese
- pinch of salt, cayenne and black pepper
- some vegetable oil
After 3 hours of studying together, my friend and I went to Timmy’s and split an apple fritter together~ That’s my friend holding her piece ^^
A friend made banana bread! I had a piece, very delish :3
Baked some oatmeal raisin cookies last week!
Sprinkled some organic sugar and cocoa on top ^^
